At Growth Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that deliver value to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and our services may not meet your expectations or needs. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are provided for our coaching services and products.
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our coaching services. If after your first paid coaching session you feel it's not the right fit for you, we will refund your payment for that session in full, provided that you notify us in writing within 48 hours of the completed session.
This satisfaction guarantee is limited to the first session only and is designed to allow you to experience our coaching approach without financial risk. It applies to new clients or existing clients trying a new coaching program or working with a new coach.
Cancellation with 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel a scheduled coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund for that session.
Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel a scheduled coaching session with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be provided, and the session will be considered used, except in cases of genuine emergencies at our discretion.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and the session will be considered used.
Cancellation Before First Session: If you purchase a coaching package and cancel before your first session, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellation After Services Begin: If you cancel a coaching package after services have begun, we will provide a prorated refund for unused sessions minus a 10% administrative fee based on the remaining value. The used sessions will be calculated at their full (non-discounted) rate.
For example, if you purchase a 10-session package at a discounted rate and use 3 sessions before canceling, we will deduct the full-price value of the 3 used sessions, apply a 10% fee to the remaining balance, and refund the rest.
Cancellation Before Program Start: If you cancel your participation in a group coaching program at least 7 days before the program start date, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Program Start: If you cancel your participation in a group coaching program less than 7 days before the program start date, we will provide a 50% refund.
Cancellation After Program Start: Once a group coaching program has begun, no refunds will be provided except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Cancellation 14+ Days Before: If you cancel a VIP Intensive Day at least 14 days before the scheduled date, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellation 7-13 Days Before: If you cancel a VIP Intensive Day 7-13 days before the scheduled date, we will provide a 50% refund or allow you to reschedule once for a $250 rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before: If you cancel a VIP Intensive Day less than 7 days before the scheduled date, no refund will be provided, but you may reschedule once for a $500 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Downloaded/Accessed Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded or accessed a digital product, no refund will be provided.
Online Courses: For online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, you must demonstrate that you've made a reasonable attempt to implement the course strategies.
We understand that exceptional circumstances beyond your control may arise. In cases such as serious illness, family emergency, or other significant unforeseen events, we may, at our sole discretion, offer options such as:
To request consideration under exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant documentation supporting your situation (such as a doctor's note for medical emergencies).
If we need to cancel a scheduled session or program due to coach illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances:
If we need to permanently discontinue a program in progress, we will provide a prorated refund for the undelivered portion of the program.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

For subscription-based coaching services:
Failure to use the services included in your subscription does not entitle you to a refund. It is your responsibility to schedule and attend sessions included in your subscription.
If you have arranged a payment plan for our services:
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. For recurring subscriptions, the current Refund Policy will apply to each billing period.
